Hiring Head of Early Years
We are seeking an exceptional Head of Early Years to join the founding leadership team of a new premium British curriculum school opening in Dubai. This role offers the opportunity to shape the Early Years provision and contribute to the development of a high-quality educational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the Early Years provision in accordance with EYFS standards
- Build a strong, nurturing, and inclusive learning culture
- Recruit, mentor, and develop Early Years educators
- Ensure high-quality teaching, assessment, and learning outcomes
- Foster strong partnerships with parents and carers
- Ensure compliance with KHDA regulations and safeguarding requirements
- Contribute to whole-school leadership and pre-opening planning
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven leadership experience within EYFS in the UK or UAE
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and best practices
- Experience in school start-ups or premium settings preferred
- Inspirational leader with excellent communication skills
- Genuine passion for early childhood education
