Description:
Easy Aerial, a rapidly growing startup focused on autonomous drone solutions for defense and commercial applications, is seeking a Head of Customer Success to lead and enhance the customer experience. This role offers the opportunity to define and build the company’s customer success processes from the ground up, ensuring that Easy Aerial users receive exceptional support and guidance. The role will collaborate extensively with sales, marketing, deployment engineering, operations, and R&D teams to deliver a seamless experience for end-users.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure customers achieve success with Easy Aerial products through proactive support and guidance
• Design and implement processes to maintain, service, and scale Easy Aerial systems across global deployments
• Identify opportunities for growth and expansion with key end-users
• Streamline coordination between sales and operations to provide clear structure across the customer journey, from post-sales through post-delivery
• Manage the full product experience and oversee the delivery of Easy Aerial’s solutions
Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project or program management
• Strong background in engineering or business, ideally with prior experience running customer success or support functions
• Experience with DoD/USG programs is highly preferred
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills
• Bonus: Prior experience in startups or high-growth technology environments
