We’re hiring — Head of Business Development (Healthcare, USA)
We are recruiting an experienced business development leader for a direct, client-side role focused on scaling healthcare staffing and recruitment services across the U.S. market. This is a remote leadership position responsible for winning new accounts with hospitals, long-term care and other healthcare providers, growing revenue channels, and building durable partnerships that support sustained business expansion.

What you’ll own

  • Lead go-to-market and client-acquisition activities for the U.S. healthcare segment, targeting hospitals, nursing homes, and facility groups.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies that convert pipeline into signed contracts and recurring placements.
  • Build and nurture a high-quality network of healthcare contacts and decision-makers to accelerate business growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, compliance, recruiting) to ensure delivery capability and client satisfaction.
  • Track business KPIs, forecast revenue, and present progress and strategy to senior stakeholders.

What we’re looking for

  • Demonstrable experience successfully launching or scaling a healthcare staffing or recruitment business in the U.S.
  • An established network across hospitals, long-term care, and healthcare facilities.
  • Strong commercial skills: negotiation, contract structuring, and closing high-value deals.
  • Proven ability to develop long-term client relationships and manage key accounts.
  • Comfortable leading remotely and available for occasional client or team meetings as needed.
