Sustera Consultancy is recruiting an experienced Head of B2B Catering Sales for a premium catering and events business based in Dubai. This leadership opportunity is ideal for a results-driven sales professional with a strong network in the UAE market and a proven ability to drive business growth within the catering, hospitality, or events industry.

The successful candidate will lead the company’s B2B sales strategy, develop long-term client relationships, secure new business opportunities, and work closely with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of premium events. This role also offers career growth and international mobility as the business expands into new markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the company’s B2B catering sales strategy.

• Acquire new corporate clients, event agencies, luxury brands, and strategic partners.

• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.

• Prepare customized proposals and negotiate commercial agreements.

• Build and strengthen long-term client relationships while expanding key accounts.

• Coordinate with culinary and operations teams to ensure successful event execution.

• Monitor sales performance, pipeline, revenue, profitability, and business targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in catering, hospitality, events, or B2B sales.

• Strong professional network and market knowledge within the UAE.

• Background in premium catering, luxury hospitality, events, or high-end food and beverage operations.

• Proven track record in business development and consistently achieving sales targets.

• Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.

• Fluency in English is required.

• Arabic language skills are an added advantage.
