We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Head of Accounting & Finance to join our client’s finance leadership team in Dubai. This senior-level position is ideal for a CA-qualified professional who can oversee complete financial operations while ensuring strong governance, compliance, and operational efficiency across all accounting functions.
The role involves leading end-to-end accounting activities, managing statutory and regulatory reporting, and ensuring adherence to IFRS standards and UAE VAT regulations. You will be responsible for strengthening internal controls, supporting strategic decision-making, and driving continuous improvement within the finance department.
Key Requirements:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory
- 7–10 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance roles
- Minimum of 3 years in a managerial or leadership position
- Prior experience in Rental or Construction industries is preferred
- Strong expertise in financial reporting, compliance, audits, and internal controls
- Proven ability to manage teams and oversee complex financial operations
