We are looking for a Guest Service Representative to assist with guest check-ins, check-outs, and ensure a smooth experience for our holiday home guests. The role also includes helping to generate direct bookings and maintain excellent customer relations.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests during check-in and manage check-out procedures.
- Inspect apartments before and after guest stays.
- Handle guest communication and provide assistance during their stay.
- Coordinate with cleaning and maintenance teams to ensure property readiness.
- Promote direct bookings and develop guest relationships for repeat business.
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Presentable, reliable, and customer-oriented.
- Valid UAE driving license and own car preferred.
- Experience in hospitality or holiday homes is an advantage.
- Flexible to work on weekends and evenings.
