We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Guest Service Associate to join our Front Office team and be the first point of contact for our guests. If you take pride in creating welcoming guest experiences and can stay calm under pressure, this role could be a great fit.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform efficient check-ins and check-outs using the WINHMS property management system.
- Handle guest enquiries and resolve issues promptly and courteously to maintain high satisfaction.
- Coordinate closely with housekeeping and other hotel departments to ensure rooms are prepared and guest needs are met.
- Manage room allocations, reservations, billing and payment transactions accurately.
- Represent the hotel professionally and maintain a positive, service-oriented attitude at all times.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–2 years’ experience in front office or guest services; experience in budget or midscale hotels is preferred.
- Practical experience with WINHMS PMS is highly desirable.
- Strong English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- A genuine commitment to service excellence and guest satisfaction.
