Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and ensure a seamless check-in and check-out experience.
- Communicate effectively with Russian-speaking guests and assist them throughout their stay.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with other departments to meet guest expectations and maintain service excellence.

Requirements:
- Fluent in Russian and English (both written and spoken).
- Prior experience in guest relations, front desk, or similar customer-facing positions within the hospitality sector.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Professional demeanor, positive attitude, and the ability to adapt to a multicultural work environment.
