Boo Boo Laand is seeking an exceptional Guest Relations Officer to join its flagship destination at Dubai Mall. As one of the first points of contact for guests, the successful candidate will play a key role in delivering memorable experiences and ensuring every visitor receives a warm and professional welcome.
This position is ideal for a hospitality-focused professional who thrives in guest-facing environments and is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to create positive experiences for families visiting one of Dubai’s premier entertainment destinations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome guests warmly and provide a high standard of customer service
• Serve as a primary point of contact for visitors and assist with inquiries
• Anticipate guest needs and proactively provide assistance
• Build positive relationships with guests to enhance their overall experience
• Support Arabic-speaking guests and ensure clear communication
• Handle guest concerns professionally and resolve issues efficiently

Requirements:
