Description:
The iLUKA Collective is seeking a Guest Data Helpdesk Support Assistant to support one of the largest global sporting events in Milan. This remote position requires managing guest data, responding to queries, and ensuring accurate reporting. The contract runs until February 23, 2026, and is ideally suited for candidates based in Los Angeles, California, but other locations may be considered within the Pacific Time zone.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle guest queries and data updates before and during the event via email and phone
• Produce and distribute regular reports for clients, service providers, and project teams
• Maintain professional working relationships with clients, service providers, and project teams to ensure clear communication
• Communicate necessary data changes to all relevant parties
• Support creation of guest correspondence templates in line with project guidelines
• Manage guest changes and queries promptly and professionally
• Adhere to GDPR and other relevant data regulations
• Understand seating configurations for venues and procedures for unused/unallocated tickets
• Assist with venue maps, event information distribution, and digital ticketing for guests
• Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of all guest data

Skills, Knowledge, Expertise:
• Fluent in English and Italian
• Experience with databases and guest management systems
• Strong ability to manage and report on large volumes of data
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and various IT platforms
• Project management experience
