As the company continues to expand, they are seeking a Growth Operations Manager to strengthen their operational structure and support the scaling of new business opportunities.
This role focuses on ensuring smooth coordination and execution of inbound opportunities, internal alignment, and seamless transitions between growth and client service teams. It is not a traditional sales role but rather an operations-driven position centered on workflow management, communication, and process efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee the flow of inbound opportunities from intake to final transition
• Coordinate meetings, briefings, and communication between internal teams and stakeholders
• Ensure opportunities progress efficiently without delays or drop-offs
• Prepare clear summaries and insights to support leadership decisions
• Act as the main point of contact for approved opportunities within the organization
• Facilitate communication between Growth and Client Services teams for smooth handoffs
• Identify scope, risks, and resource requirements early in the process
• Improve and maintain operational workflows, systems, and tracking processes
• Support leadership by handling coordination, allowing focus on strategic growth initiatives
Key Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in account management, project management, client operations, or similar coordination roles
• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and fast-moving workflows
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to organize complex information into clear and actionable insights
• Experience working with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in agency environments or business development support roles
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce
• Experience improving internal processes and operational workflows
• Background in managing client transitions from sales to delivery teams
