The Growth Manager will play a key role in scaling subscription-based products by developing and optimizing acquisition channels, improving performance metrics, and driving measurable business impact. This position requires strong analytical thinking, ownership mindset, and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams to achieve growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, test, and scale user acquisition channels while balancing growth efficiency and customer lifetime value
• Design and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies to optimize performance across channels
• Manage relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders to support business growth initiatives
• Collaborate closely with product teams to identify new opportunities for expansion and innovation
• Take ownership of budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with financial targets such as CP and EBITDA
• Analyze campaign performance and continuously improve ROI through testing and optimization strategies
• Build and maintain strong reporting frameworks using tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, Looker, and Amplitude
• Perform advanced data analysis, including querying datasets and building performance models
• Monitor and improve ROAS forecasting and overall marketing efficiency
Required Qualifications & Skills:
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth strategy, or digital acquisition roles
• Strong expertise in SEM, programmatic advertising, and app-based marketing
• Proven experience in stakeholder and account management
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with experience in data tools and platforms
• Ability to build and manage performance models and forecasting systems
• Highly proactive with strong ownership mindset
• Experience in subscription or membership-based business models is highly preferred
Bonus Skills:
• Experience with post-checkout networks such as Rokt or Fluent
• Background in high-growth startup or tech environments
• Familiarity with advanced account management practices
