Role Overview:
The Growth Account Executive will help expand Webflow’s presence upmarket and foster meaningful relationships with potential and existing customers. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Growth Sales, this full-time, exempt role requires remote work with an in-person onboarding session in San Francisco, CA. The position may include travel up to 15% for onboarding, industry events, and internal offsites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with potential customers to understand their needs and determine if Webflow Enterprise is a suitable solution.
- Conduct proactive outbound engagement with existing self-serve customers and new prospects using value-based communication.
- Build a sales pipeline and drive the full sales cycle from creation to close.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in prospect and customer accounts.
- Ensure timely follow-ups for inbound leads and outbound targets.
- Collaborate with Solution Engineers, Legal, and SDR/BDRs to provide customers with optimal support.
- Negotiate annual software contracts.
- Provide feedback to improve sales processes with an emphasis on scalability.
- Communicate Webflow’s vision, solutions, and value propositions clearly.
About You:
- 2+ years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience with a strong record of closing deals.
- Skilled at discovery calls and positioning subsequent meetings throughout the sales cycle.
- Ability to engage multiple business levels with a value-based approach.
- Enjoy testing, tracking, and refining sales processes.
- Thrive in ambiguity and work independently.
- Strong calendar management, task completion, and follow-up skills.
- Knowledge or interest in web design, development, or Webflow products.
- Proactive, resilient, and excited about a sales career.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to explain complex concepts simply.
- Curious, open to growth, and fluent in emerging technologies like AI.
