Description:
We are seeking an experienced Group HR Manager to lead and manage HR functions across our diverse business units, which include Healthcare, Trading, Transport, Automotive, F&B, and Construction. The role will ensure alignment of HR strategies with business objectives while maintaining compliance with UAE regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive HR strategies aligned with business goals and UAE Labour Law
• Lead recruitment, workforce planning, and employee engagement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, MOHRE, DOH/HAAD & industry regulations
• Oversee payroll, compensation & benefits (WPS compliance)
• Implement performance management and training programs across industries
• Manage HR operations, visa processing & HRIS Systems
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or Business Administration
• 10+ years of HR experience, including 5+ years in managerial/group role in the UAE
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, healthcare compliance & construction manpower regulations
• Proven leadership, cross-cultural management, and communication skills
