RSR is currently hiring a highly experienced Group Chief Financial Officer for a well-established Dubai-based family office. This senior executive role involves overseeing financial governance and strategy across a diversified portfolio of approximately five companies operating in real estate, marketing, technology, and construction sectors.
The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in multi-entity financial leadership and will act as a strategic partner to business owners, supporting growth, integration, and long-term value creation across the group.
Candidate Profile:
• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CPA) with more than 15 years of post-qualification experience
• Demonstrated background serving as a CFO or Group Finance Director within complex, multi-company environments such as family offices, investment holdings, or private equity platforms
• Industry exposure across at least two relevant sectors within the group’s portfolio
• Strong leadership capabilities with proven success in building finance systems, leading teams, and acting as a trusted strategic advisor
