The platform empowers writers to share their insights with the tech community easily—without the hassle of building or managing a blog from scratch.
As part of a small yet dynamic team backed by leading investors such as Accel India, Sequoia Capital India’s Surge, Salesforce Ventures, and Sierra Capital, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute directly to the product’s visual and creative growth.
About the Role:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented designer who can bring innovative ideas to life across multiple channels. You’ll collaborate closely with the Design Lead and Product Manager to create engaging visual content that enhances both product and brand experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute high-quality illustrations and photo-based creatives for social media and marketing campaigns.
- Develop digital marketing assets such as banners, emails, and landing page graphics.
- Create templates for marketing and communication materials to ensure design efficiency.
- Maintain brand consistency across websites, emails, and digital channels.
- Collaborate with copywriters and other designers to align messaging and visuals.
- Contribute to defining creative strategies for digital and social media campaigns.
- Ensure visual harmony and storytelling through cohesive design execution.
- Work on motion graphics, animation, and visual storytelling projects.
Requirements:
- Solid understanding of digital design principles, layout, color, and typography.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects).
- Experience in motion graphics and animation is a strong plus.
- Creative mindset with the ability to visualize and communicate ideas effectively.
- Excellent time management and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Up-to-date knowledge of design trends and emerging tools.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Degree in Design, Fine Arts, or equivalent experience preferred.
