Hiring — Government Typist
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Typist to join our team in Ras Al Khor. The successful candidate will handle critical government-facing documentation and portal submissions related to employment visas, labour contracts, and immigration processes. Accuracy, familiarity with UAE government portals, and a practical understanding of UAE labour and immigration rules are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, type and submit new employment visa applications, renewals and cancellations through the relevant government portals.
  • Process labour contracts and related documentation via the MOHRE/Tas’heel channels.
  • Manage Emirates ID applications, medical typing entries, and other immigration-related forms.
  • Ensure precise data entry and compliance with UAE labour laws and immigration guidelines.
  • Coordinate closely with PROs and HR to ensure timely processing of employee paperwork.
  • Keep organised records of submissions, approvals and renewals for audits and follow-ups.
  • Monitor updates from MOHRE, GDRFA and other authorities and adapt processes accordingly.
  • Provide typing support for official letters, memos and administrative documents as needed.

Requirements / Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience working as a Typist in the UAE, with hands-on exposure to MOHRE and visa processing workflows.
  • Practical knowledge of MOHRE, Tas’heel, GDRFA and other government portals.
  • Excellent English typing skills; basic Arabic typing is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of UAE labour legislation and immigration procedures.
  • Attention to detail, good record-keeping habits, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
