Role Overview:
The Google Support Specialist will provide essential support for client campaigns across multiple digital marketing channels, including Google Search, Shopping, PMAX, YouTube, and Display. Reporting to senior team members, this role emphasizes hands-on learning, execution, and contributing to client success by assisting in campaign setup, monitoring, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

Foundational Campaign Support & Execution:

  • Assist in campaign buildouts, asset collection, and structural organization.
  • Support core tasks such as keyword list building and audience setup across paid channels.
  • Conduct routine account health checks and maintenance under guidance.
  • Contribute to ad copy development and content organization.

Monitoring & Reporting Assistance:

  • Support senior specialists with daily and weekly campaign monitoring.
  • Prepare and manipulate performance reports for internal and client use.
  • Format reports and highlight key trends or issues.
  • Flag disapprovals, budget issues, or anomalies promptly.

Research & Learning:

  • Conduct basic competitive research and platform investigations.
  • Assist in tracking updates and new features on digital marketing platforms.
  • Maintain documentation of campaign setups, naming conventions, and performance benchmarks.

Success & KPIs:

  • Maintain high QA standards through regular account audits.
  • Meet target billable hours per week efficiently.
  • Contribute to platform execution supporting client growth and efficiency metrics.
  • Build an understanding of KPIs and their impact on daily platform activity.
  • Prepare accurate reports for senior specialists and clients.
