Park Regis Business Bay Hotel is seeking a skilled and dedicated General Technician to join their Engineering Team. This role is ideal for candidates who are already in Dubai and available for immediate joining. The technician will be responsible for maintaining hotel facilities and ensuring all operations run smoothly and safely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct preventive and reactive maintenance for guest rooms and hotel facilities
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and HVAC systems
- Assist with daily engineering operations while adhering to safety and quality standards
- Support the engineering team during emergency breakdowns
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all maintenance activities
Requirements:
- Experience in hospitality or facility maintenance; hotel experience is preferred
- Strong skills in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general repair work
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- Must be currently based in Dubai and available to join immediately
