Description:
A healthcare provider in Dubai is looking for a dedicated and experienced General Practitioner (GP) to join its medical team. This is a full-time, on-site position focused on delivering high-quality primary healthcare services to patients across different age groups.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and managing a wide range of medical conditions while ensuring excellent patient care. The role requires strong communication skills, a patient-centered approach, and the ability to build long-term relationships with a diverse patient population.
Candidates should be capable of working effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment and contributing to positive patient outcomes through professional and compassionate medical care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive primary healthcare services to patients of all ages.
• Assess, diagnose, and manage common outpatient and homecare medical conditions.
• Develop and maintain strong patient relationships to support patient satisfaction and retention.
• Manage chronic diseases and provide ongoing medical follow-up.
• Perform minor medical procedures within the scope of practice.
• Deliver quality healthcare services while maintaining accurate patient records.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
Requirements:
• Female candidate preferred.
• Currently hold or be eligible to obtain a DHA General Practitioner license.
• Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience as a General Practitioner.
• At least 1 year of clinical experience in the UAE is considered an advantage.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with a multicultural patient base.
• Demonstrated ability to support patient acquisition and retention.
• Strong knowledge of:
