Job Summary:
Talent Shark is recruiting a patient-focused General Practitioner to join a busy clinic in Al Quoz, Dubai. The ideal candidate will have solid clinical skills, prior UAE exposure, and a commitment to delivering high-quality primary care in a fast-paced environment while helping the clinic grow.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Provide high-quality, evidence-based medical consultations with a patient-first approach.
- Demonstrate strong clinical knowledge across common primary care presentations and manage cases efficiently in a busy clinic setting.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and follow clinic protocols and HSE standards.
- Work collaboratively with clinic management to support service growth and patient-care improvements.
- Prior UAE work experience is mandatory; familiarity with Al Quoz / DXB South clinics is preferred.
- Open to applicants from India, Pakistan, or Sri Lanka.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional bedside manner.
- Willingness to engage in clinic-building activities and participate in community outreach or promotional initiatives as needed.
