Position Summary
We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced General Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our firm, drive business development, and represent our company as the face and voice of our brand. The ideal candidate will be a qualified senior accountant, preferably registered with the UAE Federal Tax Authority, with a strong background in accounting services and VAT & tax advisory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Lead and manage the company’s operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and growth.
- Financial & Tax Advisory: Oversee the delivery of outsourced accounting services, VAT advisory, and UAE corporate tax consultancy.
- Business Development: Drive client acquisition, build partnerships, and expand the firm’s service offerings.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to UAE financial regulations and tax laws.
- Client Relations: Act as the primary representative of the company, maintaining strong client relationships and fostering trust.
- Team Management: Supervise and support the firm’s staff, ensuring high performance and professional development.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CPA, CA, or equivalent).
- Registration with the UAE Federal Tax Authority (preferred).
- Proven experience in corporate services, financial management, or tax advisory.
- Exceptional English language skills (written and spoken); proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with an entrepreneurial mindset.
