We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to lead the launch of our new restaurant concept in Downtown Dubai. This role requires an individual with strong operational expertise, strategic thinking, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Currently residing in the UAE.
- Fluent in English (spoken & written); Russian (spoken) preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience as a General Manager in elevated casual or fine-dining restaurants.
- Proven experience managing P&L, operational planning, and staff leadership.
- Prior experience in pre-opening projects is highly desirable.
- Deep understanding of guest service standards and delivering excellence.
- Detail-oriented, strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
- Previous experience working in the UAE hospitality sector is required.
