Faithful Executive is recruiting a highly skilled General Manager for one of the UAE’s leading names in the marine leisure and tourism sector. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving commercial growth, and maintaining service excellence across multiple luxury locations in Dubai and the wider region.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day business activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Lead and motivate diverse teams, maintaining strong operational standards.
• Oversee logistics, safety compliance, and quality assurance measures.
• Build and strengthen B2B relationships with hotels, travel agencies, and concierge networks.
• Identify opportunities to expand market reach and enhance profitability.
• Represent the brand with professionalism and uphold its premium service reputation.
Key Requirements:
• Minimum of 2–3 years’ proven leadership experience in tourism, hospitality, leisure, or marine sectors.
