We are currently hiring a highly experienced General Manager – Equine Hospital for one of our clients based in Abu Dhabi. This senior leadership role is responsible for overseeing the establishment, daily operations, and long-term success of a specialized equine healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will combine strong operational leadership with in-depth understanding of veterinary standards, compliance, and stakeholder management within the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the setup, development, and ongoing operations of the Equine Hospital
- Ensure the highest standards of equine medical care, animal welfare, and safety protocols
- Manage staff recruitment, performance evaluations, training, and development programs
- Oversee financial planning, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue targets
- Ensure full compliance with veterinary regulations and UAE legislative requirements
- Supervise the management of medical equipment, hospital facilities, and supplier relationships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders
