Segrex Construction LLC is looking for a dedicated General Accountant to join its team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This full-time, permanent position is ideal for candidates with solid accounting experience in the UAE construction sector who are ready to contribute immediately.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily accounting operations, preparing financial reports, supporting budgeting activities, and ensuring compliance with VAT regulations while maintaining accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting activities.
• Support VAT compliance, audits, and month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Ensure accounting transactions are recorded accurately and in a timely manner.
Requirements:
• Male candidate.
• Immediately available.
• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience in the UAE construction industry.
• Bachelor’s Degree or MBA in Accounting or Finance.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Stable employment history with a commitment to long-term employment.
• Strong knowledge of:
