Hiring: General Accountant – UAE
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented General Accountant with strong UAE accounting experience to join our growing finance team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate accuracy, ownership, and a solid understanding of accounting principles, supporting the organization’s financial operations effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions efficiently
- Maintain accurate daily financial records and bookkeeping
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Reconcile accounts and ensure compliance with internal controls and procedures
- Support audits and contribute to the preparation of financial statements
- Collaborate with the finance team to streamline accounting processes
Requirements:
- Proven experience in accounting within the UAE
- Strong knowledge of AP and AR processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and formulas
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines
