As a Full-Stack Software Engineer, you will play a key role in modernizing and scaling applications used by hundreds of thousands of professionals across the United States. About the Role:
You will work as part of a collaborative engineering team focused on delivering high-quality, scalable, and modern web and mobile solutions. The role emphasizes modernization, performance optimization, and building delightful user experiences that make a real impact for professional service firms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable applications using modern frameworks such as Rails, React, Node, and NextJS
- Modernize existing web applications to improve performance, usability, and scalability
- Build and support iOS and Android mobile applications using tools like Expo and React Native
- Contribute to and maintain reusable component libraries across the organization
- Collaborate with product teams to evaluate trade-offs, identify risks, and align solutions with business goals
- Partner closely with UX teams to deliver pixel-perfect, user-focused features
- Work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to gather requirements and propose effective solutions
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, grooming, and retrospectives
- Support initiatives that improve application performance, maintainability, and scalability
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation
About You:
- Passionate about building performant and engaging user experiences
- 3+ years of experience designing, developing, and debugging cloud-based, large-scale applications
- Strong experience building production-ready React applications, including state management and performance optimization
- Hands-on experience developing and maintaining RESTful APIs
- Familiar with Agile and Lean product development methodologies
- Comfortable working with LLMs, agent concepts, and related AI technologies
- Solid understanding of SOLID principles and software design patterns
- Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills
- Proven ability to use AI tools to improve workflows and drive innovation
Additional Information:
The annual salary range for this role is $100,000 to $130,000, with compensation varying based on location, skills, experience, and education. This role follows a remote-first working model within the United States.
