As part of its continued growth, Paradigm is seeking a Full Stack Software Developer – Home Configure to join its innovative software development team and contribute to modern, scalable digital solutions.
The development team builds and supports a suite of applications, including a flagship web-based platform hosted on Azure. The system features a React-based front end using HTML and CSS, connected to APIs and services developed with Spring Boot, .NET, and Postgres. The team is also actively exploring new technologies such as containerization and 3D modeling.
This role offers the opportunity to work across multiple layers of the stack while gaining a strong understanding of system architecture and real-world product usage.
What You Will Do:
• Work on a wide range of development projects across the application ecosystem
• Design, build, enhance, and maintain code for web applications, APIs, services, and utility tools
• Gain a full architectural view and help guide systems to work seamlessly together
• Participate in peer code reviews and receive constructive feedback on your own code
• Contribute to team brainstorming sessions and ticket refinement discussions
• Occasionally join client meetings as a subject matter expert to understand real-world use cases
• Track time accurately and manage project tasks efficiently
• Support long-term scalability planning for both the codebase and the development team
Position Requirements:
• At least 2 years of professional experience as a software developer
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot
• 2+ years of experience using React, TypeScript, and JavaScript
• 2+ years of experience working with Postgres databases
• Experience with microservices architecture is preferred
• Strong proficiency with Git, including branching, merging, and conflict resolution
• Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and requirements analysis skills
• Highly organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to follow direction while working independently to meet business objectives
