NTT DATA North America is seeking a talented Full Stack Programmer to join our remote team. As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will design, develop, and maintain applications across the full technology stack. You will lead technical initiatives, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate closely with product, architecture, and engineering leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications, including front-end interfaces and back-end services
- Lead technical software development efforts, including system design, prototyping, and implementation
- Promote best practices, reusable components, and technical standards within agile teams
- Debug and troubleshoot complex software defects across environments
- Oversee deployment, monitoring, and support of applications in development, test, integration, and production environments
- Collaborate with product management, architecture, and engineering leadership to ensure requirements align with technical strategy
- Ensure applications meet quality, performance, security, scalability, and maintainability standards
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers
- Partner with QA and DevOps teams to improve automation, CI/CD pipelines, and release processes
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of professional Full Stack development experience
- Proficiency in modern front-end technologies: React, Next.js, Angular, TypeScript, Jest, Cypress
- Experience building micro frontend architectures and component-driven UI systems
- Extensive back-end experience using Java, J2EE, Spring/Spring Boot, and RESTful APIs
- Experience designing and implementing microservices-based architectures
- Strong understanding of object-oriented analysis and design patterns
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Git, Jenkins, Maven, JMeter
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and open-source technologies
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years with Java and Spring Boot microservices
- 5+ years with React and TypeScript
- 2+ years with MongoDB or similar NoSQL databases
- 1+ year working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Experience in the healthcare industry
- Proven experience in Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
