As a Full Stack Engineer, you will develop internal tools and AI-powered systems to improve efficiency across media buying, creative, and retention teams. You will lead projects from identifying workflow bottlenecks to deploying solutions that reduce manual work and optimize operations, providing a chance to shape a high-growth agency’s internal technology infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build dashboards and internal tools that improve efficiency for media buyers and strategists.
• Develop AI-powered features using LLMs to automate reporting, creative analysis, and workflow tasks.
• Integrate with advertising platforms, including Facebook Ads API, Google Ads API, Shopify API, and others.
• Design and maintain relational databases for aggregating performance data and enabling cross-account insights.
• Collaborate directly with teams to identify pain points and implement effective solutions.
• Manage full development lifecycle including scoping, technical design, implementation, deployment, and iteration.
• Ensure authentication, permissions, and security best practices for tools handling client data.
• Build APIs and backend services to support internal applications and third-party integrations.
• Deploy and monitor cloud-based applications (AWS, GCP, Azure) with error handling.
• Document technical specifications, APIs, and architecture for team reference.
• Stay updated on AI/ML advancements and incorporate new capabilities into internal tools.
• Collaborate with leadership on the technical roadmap and prioritize development initiatives.

Requirements:

• 3+ years experience in frontend development with React, Next.js, or similar frameworks.
• 3+ years backend experience with Node.js, Python, or similar technologies.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and modern JavaScript.
• Solid understanding of SQL and relational database design (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar).
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and working with third-party integrations.
• Comfortable with deploying and managing cloud applications (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to independently deliver projects from concept to production.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with AI APIs or LLMs such as OpenAI or Anthropic Claude.
• Familiarity with advertising platform APIs (Shopify, Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Klaviyo).
• Experience in marketing agencies, DTC brands, or high-growth startups.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools (Chart.js, D3.js, Recharts) and dashboard building.
• Experience with workflow automation, internal tool development, or operational software.
