Mission.dev is seeking a skilled Full Stack Engineer (React Native) to join a rapidly expanding technology company transforming how businesses and professionals connect, schedule, and collaborate. This is a full-time remote role, requiring 40 hours per week, open exclusively to candidates based in the United States.

Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain production applications using React Native, Node.js, and typed programming languages
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code across both front-end and back-end systems
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate ideas into technical solutions
• Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to improvements in system design
• Support and enhance DevOps processes as required
• Write and maintain unit and end-to-end tests to ensure product quality
Requirements:
• 3–6 years of hands-on experience developing web or mobile applications
• Strong experience with typed programming languages and React Native for mobile app development
• Expertise in Node.js, Express, Python, or Java
• Skilled in modern front-end frameworks, particularly React
• Comfortable working with relational databases and writing complex SQL queries
• Exposure to cloud infrastructure, especially AWS, is a plus
• Academic background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or comparable professional experience
Compensation & Benefits:
• Salary range: $125,000 – $185,000 USD depending on experience
