3i Infotech Ltd. is currently looking for a skilled and experienced Full Stack Developer to join its team in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for professionals who have a strong background in developing modern, interactive web applications and data-driven dashboard platforms. The role involves working across both front-end and back-end systems to create powerful business intelligence solutions that deliver meaningful insights through real-time visual data.

The selected candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, data specialists, and other developers to design and build scalable applications. This position requires someone who can effectively combine responsive user interfaces built with modern JavaScript frameworks with reliable backend services powered by Python. The project will focus heavily on building dashboards and analytics platforms that help organizations interpret large volumes of data in an intuitive and visually engaging way.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dashboard Development: Design, develop, and maintain dynamic dashboard applications and web platforms using React and other modern JavaScript technologies.
• Data Visualization: Create advanced visual reporting tools using libraries such as Recharts, D3.js, or Chart.js to present complex datasets in a clear and interactive format.
• Backend Development & API Integration: Build scalable backend services using Python while integrating RESTful or GraphQL APIs with SQL-based databases and systems.
• Application Performance: Optimize applications to ensure fast loading speeds, smooth user interactions, and high system reliability.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work alongside product teams, data analysts, and engineers to implement new features and ensure seamless system functionality.

Requirements:

• Professional Experience: At least 5 years of experience in full stack development, particularly in projects involving analytics platforms or data-driven applications.
• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of React, Python, SQL, and modern web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
• Visualization Skills: Hands-on experience working with visualization tools such as D3.js, Recharts, or Chart.js. A portfolio or GitHub repository demonstrating relevant work is required.
• Domain Knowledge: Prior experience working within BPM, Insurance, or Healthcare technology platforms will be considered a strong advantage.
