Flora Hospitality is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Front Office Supervisor to join its team in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for hospitality professionals with experience in luxury hotel environments who can deliver exceptional guest services while effectively managing front desk operations.
The successful candidate will supervise daily front office activities, support the hotel team in maintaining high service standards, and ensure smooth guest experiences. The role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise front office operations and ensure efficient daily workflow.
• Manage guest check-in, check-out, and front desk service procedures.
• Provide leadership and support to front office team members.
• Handle guest requests, concerns, and complaints professionally.
• Maintain accurate cash handling and payment processing procedures.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, service standards, and operational procedures.
• Coordinate with other departments to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Monitor team performance and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
• Prior experience in a similar Front Office Supervisor role within a 4 or 5-star international hotel chain.
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management.
• Proficiency in Opera PMS.
• Strong knowledge of hotel operations and front desk procedures.
• Experience in cash handling and financial transactions.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Customer service-focused with a proactive problem-solving approach.
• Fluent in English with excellent hospitality etiquette.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Opera PMS and front office management systems
• Hotel operations, guest services, and front desk procedures
• Hospitality standards, cash handling, and team supervision
