What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Serve as the first point of contact for patients, staff, and guests, performing administrative tasks related to patient check-in
  • Schedule patient appointments accurately and efficiently using the computer system

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or equivalent
  • At least one year of demonstrated experience in an administrative position
  • Knowledge of healthcare office concepts, insurance verification procedures, and Microsoft Office applications
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced clinical environment while multitasking
