We Are Hiring: Front Office Manager
Grand Mercure Abu Dhabi – Majlis Residences is seeking a passionate and hands-on Front Office Manager to lead our Front Office team and deliver the exceptional guest experience for which Accor is renowned. Your Mission:
- Lead, train, and inspire the Front Office Heartist® team.
- Deliver Grand Mercure service standards with a focus on local culture and authenticity.
- Oversee daily Front Office operations including reception, guest relations, and concierge services.
- Ensure VIP handling, attention to guest preferences, and personalized arrival experiences.
- Drive guest satisfaction, maintain service quality, and uphold brand consistency.
- Address guest challenges with empathy and a proactive service-recovery approach.
- Collaborate with Housekeeping, F&B, and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Monitor team performance, implement upselling initiatives, and support financial targets.
- Support talent development and conduct performance evaluations for team members.
What You Bring:
- Experience as a Front Office Manager or Assistant Front Office Manager in a hotel setting.
- Background with Accor or other international hospitality brands is advantageous.
- Strong leadership, communication, and people-management skills.
- Proficiency in PMS systems, Opera Cloud preferred.
- Passion for service excellence and engaging guest experiences.
- Ability to manage a multicultural team and thrive in fast-paced operations.
