Excellence Driving Centre is recruiting a bilingual Front Office / Customer Happiness Specialist who can communicate fluently in both Arabic and English. This role sits at the heart of our customer experience function and is ideal for someone who enjoys supporting customers across multiple channels and ensuring their journey is smooth from first contact to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer enquiries via telephone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
- Deliver accurate information about services, pricing, and availability.
- Liaise with internal departments to resolve issues and ensure timely service delivery.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints with professionalism and tact.
- Perform data entry and update customer records across company systems.
- Guide customers through the full service process to ensure satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a related industry is preferred.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic is mandatory.
- 1–3 years of experience in customer-facing or front-office roles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize workload effectively.
