Job Vacancy: Front Office Agent (Immediate Joiner)
A well-established hotel is urgently looking to hire a polished and guest-oriented Front Office Agent to join its team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with guests and ensuring a smooth, professional front desk experience from arrival to departure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests courteously and create a welcoming first impression at all times
- Carry out check-in and check-out procedures with accuracy and efficiency
- Respond to guest inquiries, service requests, and concerns in a timely manner
- Manage room bookings, cancellations, and reservation changes
- Liaise closely with housekeeping and other departments regarding room availability and status
- Process cash, card payments, and billing transactions correctly
- Maintain accurate guest records while ensuring complete confidentiality of information
- Promote hotel services, special offers, and room upgrades where appropriate
- Adhere strictly to hotel policies, standard operating procedures, and brand guidelines
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Front Office Agent or Hotel Receptionist is an advantage
- Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Basic knowledge of hotel PMS systems such as Opera or similar software is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
- Neat, professional appearance and positive attitude
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Must be available to join immediately
