Mind & Motion Pilates Studio, located in Dubai Marina, is looking for a professional and client-focused Front of House Receptionist to be the welcoming face of the studio. This role blends exceptional customer service with proactive support for studio growth, including membership sales and client engagement.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Greeting and assisting clients in person, by phone, and online
  • Managing bookings, schedules, and processing payments efficiently
  • Promoting classes, packages, and memberships confidently
  • Upselling services and converting enquiries into long-term clients
  • Handling client queries with professionalism and care
  • Maintaining a tidy, organised, and calm reception area
  • Assisting the team with administrative support as needed
