Oxypro Electromechanical Work LLC is looking for a professional and organized Front Desk & Admin Executive to join its team in Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic administrative professional who enjoys interacting with clients, managing office operations, and supporting day-to-day business activities in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling front desk responsibilities, providing administrative support, and ensuring the smooth operation of the office. Applicants with experience in the construction, MEP, or engineering sector and excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome visitors and manage front desk operations in a professional manner.

• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct communications appropriately.

• Perform daily administrative and office support tasks.

• Maintain office records, files, and documentation accurately.

• Coordinate meetings, schedules, and office correspondence.

• Support internal departments with administrative requirements and ensure smooth office operations.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in a Front Desk or Administrative role.

• Previous experience in the Construction, MEP, or Engineering industry is preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Professional appearance with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

• Preferred Candidate: Filipino Female.
