Description:
Tanger is seeking a FP&A Revenue Analyst to join their finance team and contribute to the company’s mission of creating shopping destinations that entertain, inspire, and bring communities together. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Review and verify lease assumptions in the accounting system and resolve inconsistencies
• Collaborate with key partners to develop annual plans and monthly forecasts in line with corporate planning guidelines
• Refine existing forecasting processes and models to improve efficiency
• Develop analytics and ad hoc reports providing insights into functional area performance
• Master financial systems and processes to provide support and training as needed
• Analyze processes, tools, and deliverables for effectiveness and usability
• Utilize data for annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and quarter-end close
• Conduct scenario and variance analyses across periods, accounts, and properties
• Prepare reporting, analysis, and explanations of variances to forecast, budget, and prior periods
• Establish credibility through professional integrity, attention to detail, and financial insight

Competencies:
• Understanding of budgeting and forecasting processes
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and budgeting software (e.g., MRI, B&F)
• High accuracy and precision standards

Required Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline (or equivalent work experience)
• Minimum of two years’ experience in corporate budgeting or financial planning and analysis
