The FP&A Analyst will join a high-performing Finance team and act as a strategic business partner across multiple departments. This role focuses on financial planning, forecasting, variance analysis, and delivering actionable insights that support key business decisions in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own budget vs. actual analysis across assigned business units

• Provide detailed variance analysis and actionable financial insights

• Partner with department leaders on headcount planning and vendor spending

• Build and maintain financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses

• Support monthly and quarterly financial close processes

• Prepare management and board-level financial reports

• Develop dashboards for real-time financial visibility

• Identify financial risks and opportunities proactively

• Support strategic business decisions through data-driven analysis

• Leverage AI tools to improve efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of FP&A, corporate finance, or accounting experience

• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills

• Experience in variance analysis, budgeting, and forecasting

• Ability to translate financial data into business insights

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment

• AI-driven mindset with interest in modern finance tools and automation
