We are currently assisting a well-established casual dining concept in Dubai in their search for a capable and energetic FOH Supervisor / Barista. This position is ideal for a hospitality professional who combines strong coffee-making expertise with front-of-house leadership experience and is comfortable handling additional operational responsibilities.
The selected candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth service operations while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction standards. In addition to supervising daily floor activities, the role also involves supporting basic administrative duties and inventory coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare high-quality coffee and beverages while maintaining consistency and presentation standards.
- Supervise front-of-house operations to ensure efficient service flow and a positive guest experience.
- Assist in handling daily administrative tasks and maintaining proper documentation when required.
- Support inventory management, stock monitoring, and coordination with suppliers.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and service excellence across the outlet.
