An established facilities management organization is seeking an experienced FM Supervisor to oversee residential and commercial properties in Abu Dhabi. This role is suited for professionals with hands-on exposure to facilities operations and strong site coordination abilities within the UAE market.
Key Requirements:
- Electrical or Mechanical Engineering qualification
- Strong working knowledge of MEP systems and building services
- Practical experience managing day-to-day facilities management operations
- Ability to supervise technical teams and coordinate site activities effectively
- Experience handling both residential and commercial properties
- Strong reporting, communication, and problem-solving skills
