Description:
We are looking for an experienced Floor Supervisor to join a well-known and busy licensed Persian-inspired restaurant located in Yas Mall, Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should bring strong leadership skills, an excellent customer service mindset, and the ability to manage floor operations in a fast-paced environment.
The role involves overseeing day-to-day service activities, supporting and guiding front-of-house staff, and ensuring guests receive exceptional service throughout their visit. Candidates should be comfortable coordinating with multiple teams and maintaining high standards of safety, hygiene, and regulatory compliance.
What You Will Do:
- Lead and manage daily floor operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Train, support, and motivate front-of-house team members
- Maintain strong service standards and work to enhance guest satisfaction
- Address guest concerns and resolve issues professionally
- Coordinate closely with kitchen, bar, and management teams
- Ensure adherence to hygiene protocols, safety standards, and licensing requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- A minimum of 2–3 years of supervisory experience, ideally in a licensed venue
- Strong leadership skills with solid English communication abilities
- A commitment to excellent customer service
- Ability to perform effectively in a busy and high-energy environment
- Positive attitude and collaborative mindset
- Knowledge of Supy, Lightspeed, and Sevenrooms systems
- Candidates currently based in the UAE are preferred
