Pera Palace is expanding its restaurant operations team in Dubai and is seeking an experienced Floor Manager to lead daily restaurant operations. This opportunity is ideal for hospitality professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining the highest service standards.
The successful candidate will oversee floor operations, lead the service team, and ensure smooth coordination between all departments. Experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant environments is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
