Description:
Al Khaldi is seeking an experienced Fleet Manager to lead and manage fleet and transportation operations in Saudi Arabia. This role is suitable for professionals with extensive experience in managing heavy trucks, tankers, vehicle operations, and transportation teams.
The successful candidate will oversee fleet performance, maintenance planning, driver management, safety compliance, and operational efficiency. Candidates with Saudi Arabia experience and knowledge of local transportation regulations will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily fleet and transportation operations to ensure smooth and efficient vehicle performance.
• Oversee heavy trucks, tankers, vehicle maintenance schedules, and preventive maintenance programs.
• Monitor driver performance, safety standards, and compliance with transportation regulations.
• Implement cost control measures and track fleet-related KPIs.
• Utilize GPS tracking systems and operational data to improve fleet efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements, and local regulations.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Transportation, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 8–12 years of relevant experience in fleet or transportation management.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a Fleet Manager or similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Fleet operations, vehicle maintenance, and driver management.
• GPS tracking systems, preventive maintenance, and KPI monitoring.
• Transportation safety standards, compliance, and cost control.
• Saudi Arabia experience and knowledge of local transportation regulations are preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
