Overview:
MEC Emirates is looking for an experienced Fleet Incharge to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the company’s vehicle fleet in Abu Dhabi. The role involves ensuring compliance with local regulations, maintaining vehicle efficiency, and optimizing fleet performance using advanced monitoring systems.

Key Responsibilities:


• Manage all aspects of fleet operations, including utilization, maintenance scheduling, and efficiency tracking.
• Ensure complete compliance with local transport laws, including Abu Dhabi Darb and Dubai RTA regulations.
• Utilize GPS-based tracking systems for route optimization, driver supervision, and fleet performance reporting.
• Handle toll and traffic system operations, including Salik account management and Abu Dhabi Muroor compliance.
• Schedule preventive maintenance and inspections to ensure all vehicles meet safety and operational standards.
• Maintain detailed documentation of vehicle insurance, registration, maintenance records, and operational expenses.
• Generate and submit periodic performance and cost analysis reports to management.
• Supervise drivers, enforce safety standards, and ensure adherence to company policies.

Qualifications and Requirements:


• Demonstrated experience in fleet management or a similar supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of Abu Dhabi and Dubai road networks and traffic systems.
• Practical experience with GPS/Fleet Management Systems.
• Familiarity with Darb, Salik, RTA, and Muroor compliance procedures.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Strong communication and record-keeping abilities.
• Relevant diploma or degree preferred.
