The company is offering exciting opportunities for experienced candidates in both estimation and site execution roles within the fitout industry.
These positions are ideal for individuals who have strong technical expertise in fitout works, project coordination, and cost estimation. The selected candidates will be responsible for ensuring high-quality project delivery, accurate cost planning, and smooth execution of fitout activities across various sites.
1. Fitout Estimator
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for interior fitout projects
• Analyze project drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing and technical clarifications
• Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality standards
• Maintain and regularly update estimation databases and records
• Support tendering processes and prepare competitive project cost submissions
Requirements:
• 3–5 years of experience in fitout estimation
• Strong understanding of materials, labor costs, and UAE market rates
• Proficiency in MS Office and estimation tools such as PlanSwift and Bluebeam
• Strong analytical, numerical, and communication skills
2. Fitout Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and manage interior fitout works on-site
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers for smooth execution
• Review technical drawings, method statements, and submittals
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion
• Prepare site reports and ensure compliance with project specifications
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and quality requirements
Requirements:
• 3–5 years of experience in fitout projects
• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
• Strong knowledge of site execution and fitout project management
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office applications
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
