Description:
Breezeline Interiors is seeking an experienced Fit-Out Supervisor to manage daily interior fit-out operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, safely, and to high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate site activities with engineers and subcontractors
- Monitor workmanship and ensure compliance with drawings and quality standards
- Manage materials, resolve site issues, and ensure HSE compliance
- Track project progress, prepare snag lists, and support smooth handover
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out supervision
- Strong technical knowledge of materials, drawings, and site execution
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- UAE Driving License preferred
